Two of Us’ staff has informed us that the name of cast members has been up and is as follows ~

Izumi’s mother: Orikasa Ai
Minori’s father: Shimura Tomoyuki
Minori’s mother: Satou Ai

as well as Yasuzawa Misaki, Endou Daichi, Onaga Shou, Shirokawa Megumi, Nagaoka Akihiro (there’s another reading for this first name, will change if it’s incorrect), Numata Ayano.

New chapters of the short stories will be up every other week and the next one is on June 8th.

I was wondering whether Yasuzawa and Endou are Sakurako and Takeru (laughs)

Finally the third chapter’s out >O<
We see how Sakurako, Takeru, Izumi and Minori are like with their exchange of emails.

Phew, I just finished a really difficult assignment that really took the life out of me /o\

I’m glad that it’s over and another string of assignments start rolling ~

The weather’s really hot recently >_<

I’ve posted 3 song translations and working on a request as well as otome game reviews. Please take the time to try them out v and don’t forget to read the rules/about page whether there are limitations/things you musn’t do before posting reviews of them. I’m happy to help if you need clarifications for any circle you come across :)

There are currently 2 short stories of AruKan written by Cyn-san! Mirin-san has also illustrated the covers for them :D Right now, the short stories are Felix’s and Sasha’s. I cried when I read Sasha’s and reading Felix’s made me want to go over and hug him!

久しぶりに短編のゲームやってました～！

ジゼルはとっても素敵な女性だなと思います。
こんな風に男と恋する、うらやましいです（笑）
エンドの次第で、話が変わります。
シナリオの書き方はすごくいいだと思います。あるエンドは男の泣きシーンはすごいインパクトしました。
とってもビビッドなシーンだと思います。

短編だけれども、みんなもやってみて欲しいです。

こんなすてきな作品はありがとうございました！

Two of Us’ staff blog has been updated with interviews (scenario writer and illustrator) and the cast for Izumi will be announced next week!!

Both interviews with the scenario writer and illustrator has mentioned that the script and character designs for the drama CD is in the ‘atekaki’ （あて書き） style, meaning that the cast has been decided before the scenario has been written to match the image of the cast with the story, though it isn’t 100% atekaki, the scenario writer has incorporated elements of the seiyuu himself into the script as well as the illustrator with the character designs.

The second episode for the short story will be out soon so let’s look forward to them \^o^/

Short story, ep.1 (summary)

The first episode of the short story would be from Izumi’s point of view.

They first met at their mutual friends’ wedding, Takeru and Sakurako. The bride and groom maintained their long distance relationship at Tokyo and Paris because Sakurako was working in Paris. (She came back to Tokyo for service and arranged that the marriage ceremony be held as well.)

-this was when Takeru asked Izumi to come over for a drink-

Takeru asked Izumi to be the master of ceremony at the party after their reception. Izumi has always turned down such requests because those who request him aren’t his acquaintances that he personally knew and his conscience has always been pricked by the thought that he was being too self-conscious. But if he had accepted one request, he would not be able to find a reason to turn down the next one which resulted in his attitude when dealing with such matters.

Izumi told Takeru that it’s really a pain to do so. Takeru pleaded with Izumi saying that it’s a once in a lifetime thing and telling him that he wouldn’t be alone as Sakurako (his bride wwww) would also be having a friend to do the same as well. Both bride and groom would be overjoyed if Izumi and Sakurako’s friend would be the master of ceromony for them.

Takeru explained that his bride’s friend is still in Paris and will be coming back in spring. Sakurako will be in charge of her friend so he’ll be preparing Izumi for the party.

Izumi finally budged and agreed, going to the distance only because it is his close friend’s wedding. Making it an exception, he accepted to be the master of ceremony.

I don’t think I have much to elaborate, I cried a river (in a sense).

Sasha said that loving someone is ego-related. Being afraid to bind that person to you out of fear that they will dislike you.
I think I have to agree with that. I’ve always ever done so.

But to be such a wonderful person that you would only ask for Jun-chan to not doubt in his love towards her.

A drama CD from Stage Entertainment.

Something beyond “love”.

A heartrending love story between a man who works with his voice and a woman who has speech and hearing disabilities.

Our protagonist Minori has speech and hearing disabilities since birth. Even with these obstacles, she finally made her childhood dream of becoming a patisserie come true.
With that, she met Izumi through their mutual friends’ wedding. He is a voice actor and both of them has been dating ever since. Taking Izumi’s proposal as a chance, their relationship has gradually started to change.
